Amalia House è una casa in pietra restaurata con tre appartamenti indipendenti situata in posizione centrale a Karystos, nel sud dell'Eubea (Evia), in Grecia.
L'alloggio si trova in una tranquilla strada secondaria vicino a Piazza Amalía-.
La spiaggia, il porto, i bar, i negozi e i ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. La combinazione tra posizione centrale e ambiente residenziale tranquillo permette di trascorrere un soggiorno senza auto.
La casa può ospitare fino a undici persone ed è ideale per famiglie, coppie di amici, piccoli gruppi o workshop.
Ogni appartamento dispone di una cucina propria completamente attrezzata, di un bagno privato e di zone notte ben separate.
In questo modo si mantengono privacy e flessibilità – anche in caso di prenotazione congiunta dell'intera struttura.
È possibile scegliere tra l'appartamento Garden al piano terra con accesso al giardino per 2–3 persone, il piano nobile con due camere da letto e ampia terrazza per 4 persone e l'attico con vista mare e due terrazze per 4 persone.
Amalia House unisce la vicinanza alla spiaggia, la posizione a Karystos e una disposizione strutturata degli spazi all'interno di un edificio storico nella parte meridionale dell'Eubea.

- 5 bagni: ogni appartamento dispone di una camera da letto con bagno privato; l'attico e il piano nobile dispongono di un secondo bagno completo, che può fungere anche da bagno per gli ospiti.

Our stay at the Amalia house was great in all ways. Spacious, clean, well equiped, well situated, great airco, a bathroom for each room, a huge terrace… Good and easy communication with the gentle owners. Perfect for a smooth start of our holidays.
This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Karystos. The location, just 2 blocks off the center of town, makes it an easy stroll to beaches, bakeries, cafes, shops, and grocery stores. The apartment is spotless and newly constructed with high-quality materials. It is also well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated the air conditioning some afternoons in the July heat, but the home has a lovely sea view and benefits from nice breezes. We spent our evenings on the private patio. The hosts are very helpful and will provide more information about nearby attractions. We love Karystos because it's a working village but has nice beaches with beautiful clear water. Of course, there are also many great places to eat. We would highly recommend a stay. It's even nicer than the pictures.
